What Is The Retreat About?
A retreat is designed to make a fundamental shift and quickly. I have designed this retreat for those looking to make immediate changes in all areas of their lives. Our purpose is to shift old paradigms make new ones and to embed and support you through integration of the work we do in the retreat.
When Are The Retreats?
I hold retreats 4 to 5 times a year. The nature of the work means that the retreat itself is significant investment of time and energy designed to maximise your shift. Think of it like an elite sportsperson going into camp you already have skills. This is to hone them and synergise the work into every area of your life.

Where?
The stunning Italian island of Sardinia, one of the 5 famed “Blue Zone” locations. I have searched the globe for these locations, and I have chosen them because both represent a connection to an ancient culture that is in itself an agent for remembering who we truly are and why we are here. Spectacular in culture nature and energy, you won’t leave the retreat unchanged.
